استقبل معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلّف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، صباح اليوم الجمعة الموافق 6 نوفمبر 2026، بمطار معيتيقة الدولي، معالي السيدة سيلفي بايبو تيمون، وزيرة الشؤون الخارجية والفرنكوفونية ومواطني إفريقيا الوسطى بالخارج بجمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى، التي وصلت إلى العاصمة طرابلس للمشاركة في أعمال الدورة العادية الثانية والعشرين للمجلس التنفيذي لتجمع دول الساحل والصحراء (س.ص).
ويأتي وصول الوزيرة في إطار مشاركة جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى في أعمال هذه الدورة، التي تستضيفها ليبيا، بما يعكس حرص الدول الأعضاء على تعزيز التشاور والتنسيق المشترك، وتطوير آليات العمل داخل التجمع، بما يخدم أهدافه في دعم الأمن والاستقرار والتنمية في منطقة الساحل والصحراء.
وتؤكد هذه المشاركة أهمية تعزيز التعاون والتضامن بين الدول الإفريقية، وتوحيد الجهود لمواجهة التحديات المشتركة، بما يسهم في تحقيق تطلعات شعوب المنطقة.
H.E. Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received on the morning of Friday, 6 November 2026, at Mitiga International Airport, H.E. Ms. Sylvie Baïpo-Temon, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Francophonie and Central Africans Abroad of the Central African Republic, who arrived in the capital, Tripoli, to participate in the proceedings of the 22nd Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD).
The Minister’s arrival comes within the framework of the Central African Republic’s participation in the session, hosted by Libya, reflecting the member states’ commitment to strengthening consultation and joint coordination, and developing the Community’s working mechanisms in support of its objectives of promoting security, stability and development across the Sahel-Saharan region.
This participation underscores the importance of strengthening cooperation and solidarity among African countries and unifying efforts to address common challenges, thereby contributing to the fulfilment of the aspirations of the region’s peoples.
