استقبل معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلّف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، صباح اليوم السبت الموافق 7 نوفمبر 2026، معالي الدكتور بدر عبد العاطي، وزير الخارجية والتعاون الدولي والمصريين بالخارج بجمهورية مصر العربية، والوفد رفيع المستوى المرافق له لدى وصوله إلى العاصمة طرابلس، للمشاركة في أعمال الدورة العادية الثانية والعشرين للمجلس التنفيذي لتجمع دول الساحل والصحراء (س.ص).
وتأتي هذه الزيارة في سياق تعزيز علاقات التعاون بين البلدين الشقيقين، وتأكيد الحرص المتبادل على مواصلة التشاور والتنسيق إزاء القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك، ودعم الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز العمل الإفريقي المشترك، بما يسهم في ترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار وتحقيق تطلعات شعوب المنطقة.
H.E. Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received this morning, Saturday, 7 November 2026, H.E. Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, along with his accompanying high-level delegation, upon their arrival to Tripoli, to participate in the 22nd Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD).
This visit comes within the framework of strengthening cooperation relations between the two brotherly countries and reflects their mutual commitment to continuing consultations and coordination on issues of common interest, as well as supporting efforts to enhance joint African action in a manner that contributes to consolidating security and stability and fulfilling the aspirations of the peoples of the region.
