Mr. Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received today, Friday, 6 November 2026, at Mitiga International Airport, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad of the Republic of Tunisia, upon his arrival in the capital, Tripoli, to participate in the 22nd Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Tunisian Minister\u2019s visit underscores the Republic of Tunisia\u2019s commitment to active participation in the Community\u2019s activities and support for its efforts to strengthen coordination and consultation among member states, as well as to expand areas of cooperation in response to the demands of the current stage and the challenges facing the region.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The session is also expected to provide an opportunity to exchange views on regional and African issues and explore ways to enhance the Community\u2019s performance and strengthen its role in consolidating security and stability, while advancing development and integration among its member states.<\/p>\n<p
