Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received on the morning of Friday, 6 November 2026, at Mitiga International Airport, H.E. Ms. Sylvie Ba\u00efpo-Temon, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Francophonie and Central Africans Abroad of the Central African Republic, who arrived in the capital, Tripoli, to participate in the proceedings of the 22nd Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Minister\u2019s arrival comes within the framework of the Central African Republic\u2019s participation in the session, hosted by Libya, reflecting the member states\u2019 commitment to strengthening consultation and joint coordination, and developing the Community\u2019s working mechanisms in support of its objectives of promoting security, stability and development across the Sahel-Saharan region.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This participation underscores the importance of strengthening cooperation and solidarity among African countries and unifying efforts to address common challenges, thereby contributing to the fulfilment of the aspirations of the
