Ms. Elina Valtonen, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Finland, on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The two sides discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations and enhance joint cooperation.
