Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a meeting on Monday, 3 August 2026, with the Directors of the European Affairs, Arab Affairs, Consular Affairs, and Migration and Expatriates Departments.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The meeting reviewed the progress of work within the relevant departments, discussed key priority issues, and explored ways to strengthen coordination and integration among them in order to enhance institutional performance and achieve the Ministry&#8217;s objectives.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">H.E. also reviewed a number of issues falling within the mandates of the concerned departments, particularly migration, visas, relations with the European Union, and the situation of Libyan communities abroad. He emphasized the importance of maintaining close coordination among the relevant departments to ensure the timely handling of these files and to respond effectively to emerging developments.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">H.E.
