استقبل معالي السيد الطاهر سالم الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم الاربعاء الموافق 28 أكتوبر 2026م، بديوان الوزارة، وبحضور مديريْ إدارتيْ شؤون آسيا وأستراليا، والمراسم العامة، كل من رئيس وفد مفوضية الاتحاد الإفريقي، السيدة تابييوا مولويز، المكلفة بالإنابة لإدارة الشراكات وتعبئة الموارد بالمفوضية، ووفد الجمهورية التركية برئاسة سعادة السفير هدايت بايراكتار، منسق قمة الشراكة التركية – الإفريقية الرابعة، وسعادة السفير يونيت جان تيزل، مدير عام الشؤون الإفريقية متعددة الأطراف بوزارة الخارجية التركية.
جاء هذا اللقاء في ختام أعمال الاجتماعات التنسيقية الثلاثية المنعقدة بالعاصمة طرابلس خلال الفترة من 26 إلى 28 أكتوبر 2026م، والتي خصصت لمتابعة التحضيرات الفنية والتنظيمية لاستضافة دولة ليبيا للقمة الرابعة للشراكة الإفريقية–التركية المقرر انعقادها يومي 8 و9 ديسمبر المقبل.
واطلع معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، خلال اللقاء، على نتائج الاجتماعات المكثفة التي شهدتها الأيام الثلاثة الماضية، والتي شملت التوافق على الملفات التنظيمية واللوجستية، والترتيبات البروتوكولية والأمنية والإعلامية.
كما أشاد بالجهود الحثيثة والروح التعاونية العالية التي سادت أعمال الاجتماعات بين الوفود الثلاثة، مؤكداً حرص دولة ليبيا وتوفيرها كافة التسهيلات والإمكانيات الكفيلة بإنجاح هذه القمة التاريخية، وبما يعزز آفاق الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين القارة الإفريقية والجمهورية التركية، ويرسخ دور ليبيا المحوري في دعم العمل الإفريقي والدولي المشترك.
من جانبهم، أعرب رؤساء وأعضاء الوفدين المشاركين عن بالغ شكرهم وتقديرهم لدولة ليبيا على حسن الاستقبال وحفاوة الضيافة، والجاهزية العالية والإعداد المتميز الذي يضمن انعقاد قمة استثنائية ووفق أعلى المستويات التنظيمية.
H.E. Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received today, Wednesday, 28 October 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, in the presence of the Directors of the Departments of Asian and Australian Affairs and General Protocol, Ms. Tabiwe Mlowe, Acting Head of the Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Directorate at the African Union Commission, leading the Commission’s delegation, and the delegation of the Republic of Türkiye, headed by H.E. Ambassador Hidayet Bayraktar, Coordinator of the Fourth Türkiye–Africa Partnership Summit, and H.E. Ambassador Ümit Can Tezel, Director General for African Multilateral Affairs at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting took place at the conclusion of the trilateral coordination meetings held in the capital, Tripoli, from 26 to 28 October 2026, which focused on following up on the technical and organizational preparations for Libya’s hosting of the Fourth Africa–Türkiye Partnership Summit, scheduled for 8 and 9 December.
During the meeting, H.E. Mr. El-Baour was briefed on the outcomes of the intensive discussions held over the preceding three days, which covered agreements on organizational and logistical matters, as well as protocol, security and media arrangements.
He also commended the intensive efforts and strong spirit of cooperation that characterized the meetings among the three delegations, affirming Libya’s commitment to providing all necessary facilities and resources to ensure the success of this historic summit. He noted that the summit would broaden the prospects for strategic partnership between the African continent and the Republic of Türkiye and consolidate Libya’s pivotal role in supporting joint African and international action.
For their part, the heads and members of the participating delegations expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to Libya for the warm welcome and generous hospitality, as well as the high level of readiness and outstanding preparations aimed at ensuring that the summit is held as an exceptional event in accordance with the highest organizational standards.
