التقى معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، السيدة أولريكا ريتشاردسون، نائبة الممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة والمنسقة المقيمة ومنسقة الشؤون الإنسانية في ليبيا.
تناول اللقاء سبل تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين ليبيا والأمم المتحدة، ودعم البرامج والمشروعات المشتركة، بما يسهم في الاستجابة للاحتياجات الإنسانية ودعم جهود التنمية وبناء القدرات.
H.E. Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with Ms. Ulrika Richardson, Deputy Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General, Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator in Libya.
The meeting addressed ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination between Libya and the United Nations, support joint programmes and projects, and contribute to responding to humanitarian needs, advancing development efforts and building capacities.
