التقى معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم الاربعاء الموافق 23 سبتمبر 2026، معالي السيد محمد سالم ولد مرزوق، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الأفريقي والموريتانيين في الخارج بالجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية، وذلك على هامش أعمال الدورة الحادية والثمانين للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في نيويورك.
تناول اللقاء العلاقات الأخوية بين ليبيا وموريتانيا، وسبل تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق الثنائي في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، إلى جانب تبادل وجهات النظر بشأن مستجدات الأوضاع الإقليمية والأفريقية، وعدد من القضايا المطروحة على الساحة الدولية.
H.E. Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met today, Wednesday, 23 September 2026, with H.E. Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzouk, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The meeting addressed the fraternal relations between Libya and Mauritania and ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation and coordination in areas of common interest. The two sides also exchanged views on developments in the regional and African situations, as well as a number of issues on the international agenda.
