التقى معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم الاربعاء الموافق 23 سبتمبر 2026، معالي السيد سيميون أويونو إيسونو أنغي، وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي والجالية بجمهورية غينيا الاستوائية، وذلك على هامش أعمال الدورة الحادية والثمانين للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة المنعقدة في نيويورك.
تناول اللقاء العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين وسبل تعزيزها وتطويرها، بما يسهم في توسيع آفاق التعاون المشترك وتحقيق المصالح المتبادلة.
كما تبادل الجانبان وجهات النظر بشأن عدد من القضايا الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك، مؤكدين أهمية مواصلة التشاور والتنسيق بين البلدين، لا سيما في إطار الاتحاد الأفريقي والمحافل الدولية متعددة الأطراف.
H.E. Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met today, Wednesday, 23 September 2026, with H.E. Mr. Simeón Oyono Esono Angue, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, being held in New York.
The meeting addressed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen and develop them, contributing to broadening prospects for joint cooperation and advancing mutual interests.
The two sides also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of common interest, emphasizing the importance of continuing consultations and coordination between the two countries, particularly within the framework of the African Union and multilateral international forums.
