استقبل معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم الأحد الموافق 13 سبتمبر 2026، بديوان الوزارة، سعادة السيد خالد محمد بن زابن الدوسري، سفير دولة قطر لدى دولة ليبيا، بحضور السيد محمد عاشور، مدير إدارة الشؤون العربية.
تناول اللقاء بحث علاقات التعاون الثنائي بين دولة ليبيا ودولة قطر، وسبل تعزيزها وتطويرها بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة للبلدين والشعبين الشقيقين.
كما جرى خلال اللقاء استعراض آخر المستجدات على الساحتين الاقليمية والدولية، وتبادل وجهات النظر بشأن عدد من القضايا والموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
وأكد الجانبان أهمية مواصلة التنسيق والتشاور، وتعزيز قنوات التواصل بما يسهم في دعم العلاقات الأخوية بين البلدين، ويدفع بها نحو مزيد من التعاون في المجالات ذات الصلة.
H.E. Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received today, Sunday, September 13, 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, with H.E. Mr. Khalid Mohammed bin Zaben Al-Dosari, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Libya, in the presence of Mr. Mohamed Ashour, Director of the Arab Affairs Department.
The meeting discussed bilateral cooperation relations between Libya and Qatar, and ways to strengthen and develop them in a manner that serves the common interests of the two brotherly countries and peoples.
The meeting also reviewed the latest developments on the regional and international scenes, and included an exchange of views on a number of issues and matters of mutual interest.
Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing coordination and consultation, and strengthening channels of communication in a manner that contributes to supporting the fraternal relations between the two countries and advancing them towards further cooperation in relevant areas.
