استقبل معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 21 يوليو 2026، سعادة السفير غي كورنيل سامبا، سفير جمهورية الكونغو برازافيل لدى دولة ليبيا، بحضور السيد علاءالدين التاجوري، مدير إدارة الشؤون الأفريقية.
جرى خلال اللقاء بحث العلاقات الثنائية بين دولة ليبيا وجمهورية الكونغو برازافيل، وسبل تعزيزها وتطويرها في مختلف المجالات.
كما تم التطرق إلى الدور الذي تضطلع به جمهورية الكونغو برازافيل في دعم جهود ترسيخ وتعزيز جوانب الاستقرار الذي تشهده ليبيا، ومساندة مسار المصالحة الوطنية بما يحفظ سيادة الدولة ووحدتها ويعزز إرادة الشعب الليبي ويحقق تطلعاته.
واتفق الجانبان على أهمية مواصلة التنسيق والتشاور بين البلدين بما يسهم في دعم العمل الأفريقي المشترك ودعم الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز السلم والأمن في القارة الأفريقية.
His Excellency Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received today, Tuesday, 21 July 2026, His Excellency Ambassador Guy Cornel Samba, Ambassador of the Republic of the Congo Brazzaville to the State of Libya, in the presence of Mr. Alaaeddin Al-Tajouri, Director of the African Affairs Department.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the bilateral relations between the State of Libya and the Republic of the Congo-Brazzaville and discussed ways to strengthen and expand cooperation across various fields.
The discussions also addressed the Republic of the Congo’s role in supporting efforts to consolidate and enhance the stability currently witnessed in Libya, as well as its support for the national reconciliation process in a manner that preserves the country’s sovereignty and unity, reinforces the will of the Libyan people, and fulfills their aspirations.
The two sides agreed on the importance of continuing coordination and consultation between the two countries in support of joint African action and efforts aimed at promoting peace and security across the African continent.
