على هامش حفل تنصيب فخامة رئيس جمهورية جيبوتي المنتخب، السيد إسماعيل عمر جيله، عُقد بعد ظهر اليوم الجمعة الموافق 8 مايو 2026 اجتماع موسّع برئاسة معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلّف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، وبمشاركة كلٍّ من معالي السيد إلياس موسي دوالة، وزير الاقتصاد والمالية والصناعة، ومعالي السيد علي حسن بهدون، وزير العدل والسجون وحقوق الإنسان، ومعالي السيد يونس علي جيدي، وزير الطاقة والموارد الطبيعية بجمهورية جيبوتي الشقيقة.
وحضر الاجتماع سفير دولة ليبيا لدى جيبوتي، السيد عبدالمنعم الفقهي، والسيد عبدالحق الخبلاشي، مدير إدارة العمليات بشركة (أولى إنرجي – OLA Energy) القابضة.
وتناول الاجتماع سبل تعزيز التعاون بين البلدين في مجالات الطاقة والصناعة وتبادل الخبرات، كما جرت مناقشة آليات التعاون في مجالات حقوق الإنسان والعدالة والتدريب.
واتفق الجانبان على مواصلة التشاور والتنسيق بما يحقق تطلعات الشعبين والبلدين الشقيقين.
On the sidelines of the inauguration ceremony of the President-elect of the Republic of Djibouti, Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, an expanded meeting was held this afternoon, Friday, May 8, 2026, chaired by H.E. Mr. El- Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and attended by H.E. Mr. Ilyas Moussa Dawaleh, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, H.E. Mr. Ali Hassan Bahdon, Minister of Justice, Prisons and Human Rights, and H.E. Mr. Younis Ali Guedi, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of the sisterly Republic of Djibouti.
The meeting was also attended by the Libyan Ambassador to Djibouti, Mr. Abdelmoneim Al-Faqih, and Mr. Abdulhak Al-Khablashi, Director of Operations at OLA Energy Holding Company.
The discussions focused on ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the fields of energy, industry, and exchange of expertise. The participants also discussed mechanisms for cooperation in the areas of human rights, justice, and training.
Both sides agreed to continue consultation and coordination in a manner that fulfills the aspirations of the two brotherly countries and peoples
