قام معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم الاربعاء الموافق 2026.04.22، بزيارة تفقدية لمقر سفارة دولة ليبيا في العاصمة الروسية موسكو، في إطار متابعة سير العمل الدبلوماسي والوقوف على احتياجات البعثة الليبية.
خلال الزيارة، اطلع الباعور على أوضاع السفارة ومرافقها المختلفة، حيث قام بجولة داخل الأقسام الإدارية والخدمية، للوقوف على جاهزيتها ومستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين الليبيين.
كما استمع إلى ملاحظات العاملين بشأن التحديات والاحتياجات، سواء على مستوى البنية التحتية أو الإمكانيات اللوجستية.
وعقد الباعور اجتماعا مع أعضاء البعثة الدبلوماسية، جرى خلاله بحث سبل تطوير العمل القنصلي وتحسين جودة الخدمات، إلى جانب مناقشة آليات تذليل الصعوبات التي تواجه عمل السفارة.
وأكد على أهمية دعم السفارة وتوفير احتياجاتها بما يضمن أداء مهامها بكفاءة، مشددا على ضرورة الارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للجالية الليبية، وتعزيز صورة الدولة الليبية في الخارج.
وتأتي هذه الزيارة في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى دعم وتطوير عمل البعثات الدبلوماسية الليبية وتعزيز دورها على الساحة الدولية.
His Excellency Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, conducted an inspection visit today, Wednesday, 22/04/2026, to the headquarters of the Libyan Embassy in the Russian capital, Moscow, as part of following up on the progress of diplomatic work and assessing the needs of the Libyan mission.
During the visit, El-Baour reviewed the conditions of the embassy and its various facilities, touring the administrative and service departments to evaluate their readiness and the level of services provided to Libyan citizens.
He also listened to staff observations regarding challenges and needs, whether related to infrastructure or logistical capabilities.
El-Baour held a meeting with members of the diplomatic mission, during which ways to develop consular work and improve the quality of services were discussed, in addition to mechanisms for overcoming the difficulties facing the embassy’s operations.
He emphasized the importance of supporting the embassy and providing its needs to ensure the efficient performance of its duties, stressing the necessity of improving the level of services provided to the Libyan community and enhancing Libya’s image abroad.
This visit comes within the framework of ongoing efforts to support and develop the work of Libyan diplomatic missions and strengthen their role on the international stage.
