التقى معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم السبت الموافق 2026.10.10، معالي السيد هارونا كاسولو كييوني، وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإقليمي بجمهورية اوغندا، وذلك على هامش مشاركته في أعمال الاجتماع الوزاري لمجموعة العشرة الإفريقية (C10)، المنعقد بالعاصمة طرابلس، بحضور السيد علاء الدين التاجوري مدير إدارة الشؤون الافريقية.
وتناول اللقاء علاقات التعاون الثنائي بين دولة ليبيا وجمهورية أوغندا، وسبل تعزيزها وتطويرها في مختلف المجالات، إلى جانب تبادل وجهات النظر بشأن القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك، والتنسيق في إطار الاتحاد الإفريقي، بما يدعم العمل الإفريقي المشترك ويعزز الجهود الرامية إلى إصلاح مجلس الأمن الدولي وتوسيع تمثيل القارة الإفريقية فيه.
H.E. Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met today Saturday 10.10.2026, with H.E, Haruna Kasolo Kyeyune, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Regional Cooperation of the Republic of Uganda. Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Regional Cooperation of the Republic of Uganda, on the sidelines of the Ministerial Meeting of the African C10 Group, held in the Libyan capital, Tripoli، in the presence of Mr. Alaa Al-Din Al-Tajouri, Director of the African Affairs Department.
The meeting addressed bilateral cooperation between the State of Libya and the Republic of Uganda and ways to strengthen and develop relations across various fields. The two sides also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest and coordination within the framework of the African Union, with a view to supporting joint African action and advancing efforts to reform the United Nations Security Council and enhance Africa’s representation within it.
