التقى معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم السبت الموافق 3 أكتوبر 2026، معالي السيد أحمد كوغوري، وزير الدولة، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتكامل الأفريقي والتشاديين في الخارج، بجمهورية تشاد، وذلك على هامش مشاركته في أعمال منتدى العلمين – إفريقيا، الذي تتواصل فعالياته على مدى ثلاثة أيام بجمهورية مصر العربية، بمشاركة نحو 1500 من المسؤولين وصنّاع القرار وقادة مجتمع الأعمال والمستثمرين وممثلي المؤسسات المالية وقطاع الأعمال من مختلف الدول الإفريقية.
وحضر اللقاء سعادة السفير محمد آدم لينو، سفير دولة ليبيا لدى جمهورية إثيوبيا؛ وسعادة السفير محمد عبد الكريم هنو، سفير جمهورية تشاد لدى جمهورية مصر العربية؛ والسيد محمد عيسى زكريا، الأمين العام لديوان وزارة الخارجية التشادية.
وتناول اللقاء العلاقات الثنائية بين دولة ليبيا وجمهورية تشاد، وسبل تعزيزها وتطوير مجالات التعاون المشترك، بما يخدم المصالح المتبادلة للبلدين والشعبين الشقيقين.
كما جرى بحث عدد من القضايا الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك، والتطورات التي تشهدها القارة الإفريقية، إلى جانب التأكيد على أهمية مواصلة التشاور والتنسيق في إطار الاتحاد الأفريقي، وتنسيق المواقف إزاء القضايا والملفات ذات الأولوية في المحافل الدولية متعددة الأطراف.
وأكد الجانبان أهمية استمرار التواصل والتنسيق بين الجهات المعنية في البلدين، بما يسهم في دعم علاقات التعاون وتعزيز العمل الأفريقي المشترك.
H.E. Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met today, Saturday, 3 October 2026, with H.E. Ahmed Kougouri, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Chadians Abroad of the Republic of Chad, on the sidelines of his participation in the Africa–El Alamein Forum, whose activities are being held over three days, in the Arab Republic of Egypt, with the participation of around 1,500 officials, decision-makers, business leaders, investors, representatives of financial institutions, and business-sector representatives from various African countries.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Ambassador Mohamed Adam Lino, Ambassador of Libya to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia; H.E. Ambassador Mohamed Abdelkarim Hanno, Ambassador of the Republic of Chad to the Arab Republic of Egypt; and Mr. Mohamed Issa Zakaria, Secretary-General of the Office of the Chadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting discussed bilateral relations between Libya and the Republic of Chad, as well as ways to strengthen them and expand areas of joint cooperation in a manner that serves the mutual interests of the two countries and their brotherly peoples.
The two sides also discussed a number of regional and international issues of common interest and developments taking place across the African continent, while emphasizing the importance of continued consultation and coordination within the framework of the African Union, and coordinating positions on priority issues and dossiers in international multilateral forums.
The two sides underscored the importance of maintaining communication and coordination between the relevant authorities in both countries, in a manner that contributes to supporting bilateral cooperation and strengthening joint African action.
