التقى معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم الاربعاء الموافق 23 سبتمبر 2026، معالي السيد شيخ نيانغ، وزير التكامل الأفريقي والشؤون الخارجية والسنغاليين بالخارج بجمهورية السنغال، وذلك على هامش أعمال الدورة الحادية والثمانين للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في نيويورك.
وبحث الجانبان العلاقات الثنائية وسبل تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين البلدين، إلى جانب تبادل وجهات النظر بشأن عدد من القضايا الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك، والتأكيد على أهمية مواصلة التشاور والتنسيق في المحافل الإقليمية والدولية بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة ويدعم العمل الأفريقي المشترك.
H.E. Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met today, Wednesday, 23 September 2026, with H.E. Mr. Cheikh Niang, Minister of African Integration, Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad of the Republic of Senegal, on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The two sides discussed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the two countries, as well as exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest. They also underscored the importance of continuing consultations and coordination in regional and international forums in a manner that serves their shared interests and supports joint African action.
