استقبل معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، صباح اليوم الأحد الموافق 02 أغسطس 2026، بديوان الوزارة، سعادة السيد ارفيد اندريس، سفير جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية، بعد استلام مهامه سفيرا جديدا لبلاده لدى دولة ليبيا.
تناول اللقاء العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين الصديقين، وسبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك في مختلف المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، بما يخدم مصالح البلدين ويعزز أواصر الشراكة بينهما.
واستعرض الجانبان، خلال اللقاء، مستجدات الأوضاع السياسية في ليبيا، والجهود الوطنية والدولية المبذولة لدفع العملية السياسية، كما تشاورا حول المبادرات المطروحة، وتبادلا وجهات النظر بشأنها، مؤكدين أهمية مواصلة الحوار والتنسيق بما يدعم الاستقرار في البلاد.
كما تم تبادل وجهات النظر حول عدد من القضايا الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك، مؤكدين أهمية مواصلة التنسيق والتشاور بما يسهم في دعم الاستقرار وتعزيز التعاون الثنائي.
His Excellency El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received at the Ministry’s headquarters on the morning of Sunday, 2 August 2026, Mr. Arvid Andres, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, following his assumption of duties as his country’s new Ambassador to the State of Libya.
The meeting addressed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and explored ways to strengthen cooperation across various fields of mutual interest, in a manner that serves the interests of both countries and further reinforces the partnership between them.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the latest political developments in Libya, as well as the national and international efforts aimed at advancing the political process. They also consulted on the initiatives under consideration and exchanged views on them, reaffirming the importance of continuing dialogue and coordination in support of stability in the country.
The two sides further exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest, underscoring the importance of continued coordination and consultation in a manner that contributes to promoting stability and strengthening bilateral cooperation.
