استقبل معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون ديوان وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم الاربعاء الموافق 24 يونيو 2026، بديوان الوزارة، سعادة السيد جانغ جيهاك، سفير جمهورية كوريا الجنوبية لدى دولة ليبيا، بحضور السيد حسن بن رابحة مدير إدارة شؤون آسيا وأستراليا.
تناول الجانبان خلال اللقاء سبل تعزيز علاقات التعاون والصداقة بين دولة ليبيا وجمهورية كوريا الجنوبية، وأكدا عل أهمية دعم مسارات التعاون الثنائي وتطويرها في مختلف المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
كما أكد الجانبان على أهمية مواصلة العمل من أجل الارتقاء بالعلاقات الليبية الكورية الجنوبية، والبناء على ما تحقق من تعاون خلال السنوات الماضية بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة للبلدين الصديقين.
من جانبه، أكد سعادة السفير جانغ جيهاك حرص بلاده على مواصلة تعزيز علاقات التعاون مع دولة ليبيا في مختلف المجالات.
H.E. Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received today, Wednesday, 24 June 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Mr. Jang Jihak, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the State of Libya, in the presence of Mr. Al-Hassan Rabha, Director of the Department of Asian and Australian Affairs.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to further strengthen the relations of friendship and cooperation between the State of Libya and the Republic of Korea. They also emphasized the importance of supporting and advancing bilateral cooperation across various fields of mutual interest.
Both sides reaffirmed the importance of continuing efforts to elevate Libyan–Korean relations and to build upon the progress achieved over the past years in a manner that serves the shared interests of the two friendly countries.
For his part, Ambassador Jang Jihak reaffirmed his country’s commitment to further strengthening cooperation with the State of Libya across various fields and expressed the Republic of Korea’s keenness to continue developing bilateral relations with Libya.
