استقبل معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 23 يونيو 2026، بديوان الوزارة، معالي السيد آرا أرشيفيتش أبراميان، رئيس لجنة المعلومات والتعاون الدولي التابعة للمجلس الرئاسي الروسي للعلاقات بين الأعراق، وذلك بحضور السيد أبوبكر الطويل، مدير إدارة الشؤون الأوروبية، وسعادة الدكتور امحمد المغراوي، سفير دولة ليبيا لدى الاتحاد الروسي، وسعادة السيد أيدار أغانين، سفير روسيا الاتحادية لدى دولة ليبيا.
بحث الجانبان خلال اللقاء أوجه التعاون الثنائي بين دولة ليبيا وروسيا الاتحادية، وتبادلا وجهات النظر حول عدد من القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وناقشا السبل الكفيلة بتعزيز وتطوير التعاون القائم بين البلدين في مختلف المجالات، بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة للشعبين الصديقين.
كما تناولت المباحثات مراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات السابقة المبرمة بين الجانبين، وبحث إمكانية تفعيلها واستئناف تنفيذها، بما يسهم في تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والتنموي وفتح آفاق جديدة للشراكة بين البلدين.
وأكد الجانبان أهمية مواصلة العمل المشترك وتكثيف التواصل والتنسيق خلال المرحلة المقبلة، بما يعزز العلاقات الثنائية ويدعم فرص التعاون في المجالات ذات الأولوية.
وفي ختام اللقاء، اتفق الطرفان على مواصلة التشاور والتنسيق بشأن القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك، ومتابعة نتائج المباحثات بما يسهم في تعزيز الشراكة وتطوير العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين الصديقين.
His Excellency Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received today, Tuesday, 23 June 2026, Mr. Ara Arshavirovich Abramyan, Chairman of the Information and International Cooperation Committee of the Russian Presidential Council for Interethnic Relations.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Abubaker Al-Tawil, Director of the European Affairs Department, H.E. Dr. Emhemed El-Maghrawi, Ambassador of the State of Libya to the Russian Federation, and H.E. Mr. Aidar Aganin, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the State of Libya.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed various aspects of bilateral cooperation between the State of Libya and the Russian Federation and exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest. They also explored ways to strengthen and further develop existing cooperation across different sectors in a manner that serves the shared interests of the two friendly peoples and countries.
The discussions also addressed the review of previous contracts and agreements concluded between the two sides, as well as the possibility of reactivating and resuming their implementation in order to enhance economic and developmental cooperation and open new avenues for partnership between the two countries.
Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing joint efforts and intensifying communication and coordination during the coming period, in a way that strengthens bilateral relations and promotes opportunities for cooperation in priority areas.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the two parties agreed to continue consultation and coordination on issues of mutual interest and to follow up on the outcomes of the discussions, thereby contributing to the strengthening of partnership and the further development of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
