أجرى معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، اليوم الاربعاء الموافق 2026/05/20، اتصالا هاتفيا بمعالي السيد فؤاد حسين، وزير خارجية جمهورية العراق.
وخلال الاتصال، قدم معالي السيد الباعور تهانيه لمعالي السيد فؤاد حسين بمناسبة تجديد مجلس النواب العراقي الثقة به، متمنيا له التوفيق والسداد في مواصلة أداء مهامه الرسمية.
كما تناول الجانبان العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين الشقيقين، وسبل تعزيزها وتطويرها بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة في مختلف المجالات.
وفي ختام الاتصال، اتفق الطرفان على مواصلة التشاور والتنسيق، بما يسهم في دعم العلاقات الثنائية وتعزيز أطر التعاون المشترك بين البلدين.
His Excellency Mr. El- Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a telephone conversation on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, with His Excellency Mr. Fuad Hussein, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq.
During the call, H.E. Mr. El-Baour extended his congratulations to H.E. Mr. Fuad Hussein on the renewal of confidence granted to him by the Iraqi Council of Representatives, wishing him continued success in carrying out his official duties.
The two sides also discussed the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to further strengthen and develop cooperation across various fields in a manner that serves their mutual interests.
At the conclusion of the call, both sides agreed to continue consultation and coordination in support of bilateral relations and to further enhance frameworks of joint cooperation between the two countries.
