استقبل معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور، المكلف بتسيير شؤون وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، صباح اليوم الخميس الموافق 14 مايو 2026، سعادة السيد رالف طاراف، سفير جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية.
وخلال اللقاء، عبر السفير الألماني عن شكره وتقديره لدولة رئيس الوزراء المهندس عبد الحميد الدبيبة وأعضاء حكومة الوحدة الوطنية، ووزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، على الدعم والمساندة التي قدموها له خلال فترة ترؤسه للسفارة الألمانية في طرابلس. وأكد السفير أن ليبيا شهدت تطورات إيجابية ملموسة في ظل حكومة الوحدة الوطنية على مختلف الأصعدة، وفي مقدمتها الجانب الأمني مقارنة بالسنوات السابقة، إضافة إلى التطورات في الجوانب التنموية والخدمية. كما شدد على حرص الجانب الألماني على تعزيز علاقاته الثنائية مع ليبيا، مشيرا إلى ما تؤكده زيارة الوفد الألماني الاقتصادي رفيع المستوى المرتقبة إلى العاصمة طرابلس في الفترة القادمة.
من جانبه، أعرب معالي السيد الطاهر الباعور عن أطيب تمنياته لسعادة السفير بالتوفيق في مهامه القادمة، مع انتهاء فترة خدمته كسفير لجمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية لدى ليبيا، وشكره على جهوده المخلصة لتعزيز العلاقات بين البلدين.
His Excellency Mr. El-Taher El-Baour, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received this Thursday morning, May 14, 2026, His Excellency Mr. Ralf Tarraf, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany.
During the meeting, the German Ambassador expressed his appreciation and gratitude to Prime Minister Eng. Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, members of the Government of National Unity, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for the support and assistance extended to him throughout his tenure as Ambassador of Germany in Tripoli.
The Ambassador noted that Libya has witnessed tangible positive developments under the Government of National Unity across various sectors, particularly in the field of security compared to previous years, in addition to progress in development and public services. He also reaffirmed Germany’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Libya, highlighting the anticipated visit of a high-level German economic delegation to the capital, Tripoli, in the coming period as further evidence of this commitment.
For his part, His Excellency Mr. El-Taher El-Baour expressed his best wishes to the Ambassador for success in his future assignments at the conclusion of his tenure as Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Libya, and commended his efforts in fostering and strengthening relations between the two countries.
