أدانت دولة ليبيا في بيان مشترك مع وزراء خارجية عدد من الدول الإسلامية إعلان (إسرائيل) تعيين مبعوث دبلوماسي لدى ما يسمى (أرض الصومال)
وأدان البيان إعلان (إسرائيل) تعيين مبعوث دبلوماسي لدى ما يسمى (أرض الصومال)، واعتبره انتهاكا صارخا لسيادة جمهورية الصومال الفيدرالية ووحدة وسلامة أراضيها.
وأكد الوزراء رفضهم الكامل لكافة الإجراءات الأحادية التي تمس وحدة الدول أو تنتقص من سيادتها، مشددين على دعمهم الثابت لوحدة وسيادة وسلامة الأراضي الصومالية، ودعم مؤسسات الدولة الصومالية الشرعية، باعتبارها الجهة الوحيدة المعبرة عن إرادة الشعب الصومالي.
كما أكد الوزراء في البيان أن هذه الإجراءات تعد مخالفة صريحة لمبادئ القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقانون التأسيسي للاتحاد الأفريقي، وتمثل سابقة خطيرة من شأنها تقويض الاستقرار في منطقة القرن الأفريقي، بما ينعكس سلباً على السلم والأمن الإقليميين بشكل عام.

The statement denounced (Israel’s) announcement of appointing a diplomatic envoy to the so-called (Somaliland), considering it a blatant violation of the sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
The ministers affirmed their complete rejection of all unilateral measures that affect the unity of states or undermine their sovereignty, stressing their firm support for the unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Somalia, as well as their support for the legitimate Somali state institutions, as the sole entity representing the will of the Somali people.
The ministers also emphasized in the statement that these actions constitute a clear violation of the principles of international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and the Constitutive Act of the African Union. They warned that this represents a dangerous precedent that could undermine stability in the Horn of Africa, negatively impacting regional peace and security as a whole.
